Excuses!!!

Now that l have inquired about the possibility to obtain a smart phone through my gold cheque account, i get a call from a Thatho Hlatshwayo who tells me l have to produce a whole lot of documentation!!! like opening a new account!!! i mean really now, you have copies of my passport and permit on the system, l do get money worth over R5500 into my account every month regardless of what l do. I still feel that lm being treated unfairly. All you need to know if you will get your payments every month and there is proof of funds coming into the account every single month! I was happy to know that l could benefit something from being a loyal customer for 7 years but clearly you dont care!!! i am considering moving my business elsewhere!
