I am currently insured with Oakhurst, while i was on holiday in Durban my car was broken into, i submitted a claim for my window and dvd player, the window was authorised but smash and grab declined, i was told that it is an extra, i was not made aware of this? my dvd player claim was declined, i was told i was supposed to take the face off every time the car is parked, i was never made aware of this, the consultant did not advise me, to date i did not receive my policy documents, the consultant says its under one of the conditions??? where are the conditions how do i read it if i never receive it? this is rather frustrating! WHY DO WE TAKE INSURANCE???
