Tried to.apply for a credit card telepathically, was told my details would be submitted to the sales department and I would b given a call in 48hours. I wasnt for called after many days, I then did an online application. My details I have been told were handed to Divan who was supposed to let me know the outcome of my application. I have never received any calls from her and after I had my Transunion credit report it shows NO enquiries made from Standard Bank. My application was "declined" coz they couldn't get hold of me. That's so not true I had never received any unknown calls during that time, wow poor feedback
