Haven't processed my credit shortfall

My car is being financed by MFC and I also took the Adcover credit shortfall through you. I had an accident on the 29th September and my car was a write-off. My insurance has already paid and there is an amount which needs to be paid by the Adcover as my car was still new. So I've been calling the call centre and eventual they told me to speak to Amanda who promised that to process this can take up to 14 days but 14 days has already gone and I called the Regent people (Adcover is under Regent) who told me that they are still waiting for MFC to send the agreement of laws. I would like to know when are you gonna process this claim as you are still deducting my monthly installment and my insurance paid long time ago on the 10th of October so I dont know now what is holding you to send the documents to Regent so that they will process this?
