I just wanted to take the time to thank Regent Insurance! As a first time claimer it is rather a daunting task to phone up and figure out how the whole process works! I was pleasantly surprised to find that the experience is not as jarring and daunting as I thought!
Even though my insurance runs through a brokerage, I still received calls directly from regent regarding the claiming process. Friendly and comforting comes to mind :) I really have only good things to say regarding Regent. I've had no hassles with the entire process and the claim was settled lighting fast! The approved panel beaters did an awesome job!
