Its almost 2 months since i call and email with MFC concerning the cancelation of my regent insurance, what i did when i bought my car 2012/12/31 i took the regent insurance for the small dent and depositor insurance the last november i cancelled the regent insurance then they cancelled it and emailed me confirmation that proved that they cancelled it but they wont refund me they will refund the bank cause the money it was already included the time i bought the car.i emailed back MFC with all the information then they told me that December my installment wont be the becaues of the cancellation of the regent but to my surprise i paid the same installment december then i called the changed stories that before they refund me i must spaek with my dealership cause she is the one who have cancell it i called her and she told me that MFC is playing mind games with me, i called them again 2012/12/27 and they told me they will investigate it and within 48 hours they will sort out the problem.it almost 9 days and they never bother to call me but come 15th they will deduct the installment but they refuse to sort my problem and they are busy gaining cause i am paying for something i cancelled.
