Absa
No cash reward received for more than a yea

I joined Absa Reward last year till today, no cash reward received. I log a call on this Date 09/11/2013 and spoke to Thlogi again call on this date 02/10/2013 i spoke to Lesego but they all give different story (they say there can not pick-up any trancsation on the system. they promise to call me but they never call i always call them. Again on this date 17/10/2013 i call and spoke to Zariha David he act as a manage he says ntombi she busy with the calculation after she done he will call me until today never receive a call from Zariha David. When i check Intranet Banking they deposit R92 which is not enough for the amount spend for 12months which is R18400 and Zahira says they use another system which is 0.5%..
