I accepted the request for an Absa Credit Card for the reward structure they offer. I have been in contact with Absa Call Centre re me not receiving any rewards - the first call 25 Aug 2013. Since then I have made numerous calls and till today---NO ONE can assist me with why I'm still not receiving my REWARDS.
I am getting absolutely no reward just high call bills holding / talking to the call centre agent.
