I logged a call on 11 Nov 2013 that my UCOUNT reward card has not been received. I was assured that the address was changed to work address and that I should receive my card within 2 weeks. Reference numbers 4122946 and 4122993.
Called again on 23 Jan 2014 and spoke to Natasha who advised that the system automatically defaulted my address to home address and hence no card received. She assured me again that she has changed the system to my work address and that I should receive my card. To date none received. Reference number 4314615.
Don't they follow up on these queries!!! How many more times should I follow up?
