Card Division need to improve their process for contacting clients who may be out of the country when department are doing a check.
It cost me R300 in roaming costs to call the division from Dubai to convince them my card was not used. You need to have an sms and email facility for clients to respond - telephone only is very outdated.
If I do not call within about 8 hours my card is clocked.
I have currently been 10 minutes on hold - that is a fortune if calling from outside SA!!
