They say ROYAL SERVICE, I never felt ROYALTY

On the 23/10/13, I was hi-jacked; a police investigation ensued after the case was opened. I made a claim. Apparently my vehicle was not fitted with the tracker unit that's what Carl from the insurance company said that reason why the insurance will not pay. When i took cover with"KING PRICE" I dealt with Yolandi de Deode when discussing the cover and when we got to the part of tracking device, Yolandi advise me by email the list of car tracking companies, I can use because they negotiated rate with each service provider all this was stated by her in mail. I emailed Yolandi on 19/09/13 to discuss the tracking device and I then sent her email to her on the 10/10/13, advising her that I'll love to have device fitted on my vehicle and could she please advise on installation. Yolandi never came back to me, But premiums were debit on my account. DID YOLANDI COMPLETE HER JOB? NO! Carl the assessor sent a letter to me stating it was my responsibility to made sure that tracker device is fitted. I was advise about the rates to be made, how does it then make it my own responsibility go fit the the device without the go ahead of the insurance company, "the negotiator in this scenario", UNHAPPY.
