I have taken out my second car insurance policy with King Price. They have taken off the 1st premium and sent me the proof of policy but over the phone they told me that I would need to get a tracker installed and that they would contact me before 12 noon on friday (13-12-2013) to tell me where I need to go to get the tracker installed. I am still waiting for them to phone me and tell me where to go. I have made numerous calls to the call centre and send them emails asking what I am to do now. I need to use the vehicle but am not sure if Im covered for insurance due to the policy stating a tracking device needs to be installed. Till now I have had no luck in getting them to tell me what I am to do with regards to the tracker. They were quick to deduct an installment but now I am left in the dark.
