My husband phones wesbank today 04/11/2012 to find out about money outstanding on payment. Above mentioned person was unhelpful saying that my husband must just pay the outstanding amount that is sould actually be payed by the top up for a maintenance plan on the car. Why would we want to pay extra for something that's covered and why would we pay the maintanance plan if the car is a write off. Why can't the person you talk to give you help and then tell you just to pay the amount. Maybe she still needs training to do her work and training to work with people. I mean my husband told her that we already a month without a car and we can't finance a new barbecues of their delay to pay out the top up. Your staff needs training!!! You should apply people at a help desk that can actually assist you!!!
