Name and shame, poor service

30 days came were the courtesy guys from europcar had to come collect it, I had to struggle with transport to work and other places and still do. When I call the repairers to offer me a courtesy car while fixing my vehicle, they tell me that they don't have any courtesy car available at the moment, this has been almost 2 weeks from now since I called in regarding that.

Every time I call to check on my car im told that it would be ready in two weeks and they keep on extending days every time I call to find out and they forever don't have cars available to rent to me. The guys are even so rude and unprofessional were they inform me that I can't rush them on fixing my vehicle because of my own negligence.

The vehicle got knocked at the back which only required a boot and a bumpe
