I booked my vehicle in for a service, car stayed at BMW for 4 weeks. After week 2 I requested a courtesy vehicle and they gave a sad story of the warranty being expired. My vehicle is still under motor plan and they were still evident that BMW policy does not give courtesy vehicles out to customers cars older than 2 years old. Vehicle came back and same problem persisted car is currently still at BMW for 4 weeks and counting. BMW South Africa still evident that they cannot give me a courtesy vehicle. They have no compassion to customers and the frustration on not having a vehicle to get around in this day and age. Service delivery very concerning. Motor plan? What does that help?
