I brought in my car on the 19th of August 2013 and before I booked my car in I asked Windoleen when it will be ready and she said to me it takes up to 15 days for the car to be fixed. The 15th day was on the 3rd of September and still my car wasn't ready.

I find it strange because my was not in an accident for it to take this long to get fixed, there were scratched that needed some fixing and now I'm told by her that the right front door had to be replaced without my knowledge.

I had a courtesy car for 20 days from my insurer and it lapsed on Saturday the 7th. I find myself in a predicament because I don't have a car now and I have to go to Limpopo tomorrow. I DON'T KNOW WHAT I'M GOING TO DO NOW, THIS IS SUCH AN INCONVENIENCE.

Windoleen said that there's a lady who is supposed to return Danmar's courtesy vehicle yesterday the 9th of September 2013 and still this hasn't been done by now.

I'm now carless thanks to Danmar for failing to secure a courtesy car.
