I redeemed my discovery card miles for Avios points on 30 September 2013 but the Avios bonus points have not been credited to my BA account. I have contacted the call centre on 1 October and 3 times since, each time being told the issue will be logged with the systems department. The call centre agent promises to call me back but does not. Even the manager I have escalated the problem to has not called me back. Absolutely shocking to be treated this way.
