I had my vehicle fitted with Klingshield's smash and grab a few months ago. There was a bit of moisture left between the film and glass. Upon returning (my fault as I never had the time to return sooner to have it checked out), Leon was extremely friendly and apologetic. All I mentioned is that there was something wrong and he immediately told me he will redo ALL windows on my vehicle. Without explanations or questions, my vehicle was in the booth and ready for refitment of the smash and grab within 10 minutes of my arrival.
I am extremely satisfied with the new smash and grab installed and the service received is unlike the norm in South Africa!
If you purchase a new car, don't use the general installers the dealers use, rather take it yourself to Klingshield or make sure the dealer uses Klingshield.
I highly recommend using Klingshield.
