Month End But Only one persone Helping

I went to FNB Vaalmall this Morning to get a bankstatement I was at the bank at 8:30 to my surprize to see its only FNB opening at Nine after an hour there was only two people help by the consultant I went to the manager and asked how can they do that at month end only one helping she just looked at me and said Thats how it works... What? I feel thats realy BAD service as I left at 10:15 with no statements. Do they want me to close my account or what this is no good
