I applied for my FNB credit card with Tshepo Matlou and was given outstanding service - however I was told via Telephone, SMS and email that if I spent R500 or more they would reverse the R135 initiation fee.
I called in today as it has been almost 3 weeks since I swiped for R500 and nothing has been reversed, only to be told that I would have to spend R500 a month for 3 months.
This is such bad advertising!!!
Please can someone contact me back and explain to me how I have misunderstood 3 forms of communication as well as 2 which are in writing!
