So - at first I log into my online banking - only to see that a debit order went from my account - I did not even know this company - I called immediately for the debit order to be reversed - which didn't happen as I was told to call back tomorrow as their system is not updated!!! Who's problem is that??
I finally settled and said that I will call back tom.
I then tried to pay my bills via online banking - my OTP was being sent to my old number. I didn't understand this as I updated my number inside the bank.
Called once again - from the one person to the next - still not corrected - and guess what - once again I have to go and waste my time in a que?
Seriousely now FNB - are you guys deliberately appointing a bunch of incompetent fools???
