FNB HOW CAN WE HELP YOU??? INTO DEEPER TROUBLE

I WAS UNEMPLOYED LAST YEAR FOR NINE MONTHS SO I COULDNT PAY MY CREDIT CARD WITH FNB. I GOT A JOB DECEMBER 2012, I INFORMED FNB THAT I HAVE A NEW JOB AND THAT I WILL BE ABLE TO START MAKING A PAYMENT OF R500 PER MONTH AS FROM END OF DECEMBER 2012. NOW FNB JUST DEDUCT JUST AS THEY WANT. ON THE 27/12 THEY DEDUCTED R800.92 THEN ON THE 11/01 THEY DEDUCTED ANOTHER R725. ON 25/01 R500 AND 23/02 R500. I AM SHORT THIS MONTH SO I BORROWED R1600 AND FNB GO AND TAKE R997 14/03 MOMENT THE MONEY CAME IN THAT I HAVE BORROWED. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE AS NOW I HAVE NO MONEY NOW, THAT IS EXACTLY WHY I BORROWED THIS MONEY AND I HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT OF R500. THE OTHER TIMES THEY TOOK THE EXTRA MONEY I WENT TO SEE THEM AND THEY SAY SORRY THEY CANNOT REVERSE IT AT ALL. FNB'S SAYS HOW CAN WE HELP YOU!!! BIGGEST TALK OF RUBBISH AS WHEN YOU DO THEY NOT BOTHERED WITH HELPING YOU, I MEAN I HAVE AN ARRANGEMENT OF R500 AND THEY DONT CARE IF I HAVE FOOD IN MY HOUSE THEY JUST TAKE AS THEY PLEASE!!! I WILL BE OPENING ANOTHER BANK ACCOUNT AS I CANNOT GO ON LIKE THIS, IF ANY MONEY COMES IN THEY JUST TAKE IT.
