My complaint ref number is 289879.
Still after more than a month, the initiation fee has not been removed from my account.
I am an extremely satisfied FNB customer and do not want this to spoil my image of FNB.
Can someone please see to it?
Below, my original complaint:
I received the following sms just after opening my credit
card account with FNB.
FNB :-) Swipe your FNB Credit Card for R1.00 or more &
we will waive your initiation fee - You Save R135! Offer
ends 31 July 2013.
I bought goods at a chain store for about R66 just after.
When I looked at my account details, it still shows
Initiation fee R135.
Will this still be removed or is this false advertising?
