My vehicle was fitted with a new windscreen on Oct 15th. The job went sour when the guys didn't have the gel for the rain sensor. I accepted that the company will come back to finish off the job. I received a call from customer care and explained this, I had written it also on the job report but nothing has happened since. As a result my car is short of a feature which came at a high price when I purchased the car especially for this rainy season.
The service was a disaster from the beginning were I waited almost a month to get them to fulfil their appointment. They obviously do not communicate well since various people kept communicating in a conflicting manner hence a standard job that has taken over a month to repair and close. There is a serious lack of professionalism and customer care by Windscreen Direct. I appeal to other insurance companies to consider who they choose to do their business with.
