Nothing fast, kept in suspense

I am not happy at all by the services offered to me at this stage. The process is dragging and I need to know where I stand with the loan by today. I needed an urgent loan which I prefer paying back within 3 months, can there be any repayment arrangements made to suit my interest instead of sticking to the lengthy repayment schedule? Secondly; I feel like I am annoying everyone as I keep calling in suspense to know the outcome of the loan. Had I known that it would drag this much, I wouldn't have opted to take anything from African Bank. Please give me procedures I can use to cancel this application. I signed papers with an impression that I am approved; as this is what was told to me, the branch was merely a point of verifying my documents; but no, after all that was done, I still have to wait. That was a false impression given to me. I am expressing my irritation regarding this nonsense as I also deal with clients in similar situations and even worse; and none turns from my desk without assistance in full. I want to cancel it.
