ATM MYSTERY - I AM SO ANGRY!!!

I am in utter frustration and disappointment due to an ATM incident that has occurred at the Alberton branch. On the 14/10/2013 at 07:55am I attempted to withdraw an amount of R1430.00. The ATM I was using was operational whilst others were being serviced. I went through the whole transaction of withdrawing money but my card and receipt came out and no money followed thereafter. I waited for about 10-15minutes at the ATM thinking that because I could hear from the back that they were busy I would get the money but to no avail. The reason I stood there was that there was no security guard at sight. Eventually a consultant by the name of Khosi attempted to assist but couldn't help either she referred the matter to Evelyn who could not assist at the time either. I was told that I have to wait for 24 hours which I did I was called this morning to be told that an amount of R150.00 is reflecting on their side. I did not withdraw R150.00, why is your system giving false information?! I am more upset because I am told over and over again that the system is picking up an unknown amount of R150.00. Can I have a clear explanation what happened with my money because I am really getting upset a
