Not activating my SSI now for months

Absa changed their new standing instruction procedure and I submitted all required documents on the 24th of July 2013. Ever since then I have issues every single month with my salary not being released into my account and Absa not following my new standing instruction. Phone calls, emails upon emails, logged a complaint and all I get is that it's not uploaded onto the system!! Why not?? I complied to your requirements so where's your part? If my debit orders bounce I'M the one that have to face the consequences. Mailed again 2 days ago. Still NO REPLY! I work offshore, not contactable by phone when I'm gone therefore the SSI! But still Absa do not load it so I have salary problems EVERY MONTH. I have an excellent credit record but Absa is now messing with it. I'm switching to FNB!!
