ABSA HOLDING MY SALARY BACK!!!

Last December, after getting an oversea's job, absa asked me to submit a standing instruction for the salary to be immediately put into my account every month. I did that in absa boulders and end of January the salary was not put into my account. I went to the east gate and was told the midrand bank didn't submit my instruction to head office, I re submitted. End of feb I was told they still don't have it, I called head office and M. Kobus Vanuwk confirmed all is in order now. After trying since this morning to get hold Kobus since the salary is still not in the account, I went to the east gate and Amelia Verhoef showed me the swift showing they have the money but didn't understand why it has not been cleared to my account, she told me she enquired on my details and was reassured absa have a standing instruction from me, now a few minutes ago, I just received an sms from absa (ref12688394) asking me to give them a standing to go and submit an instruction for the money to put cleared!!! I then asked if I opened an account with another bank, how long it will take absa to send the money to that account and even Amelie, a branch manager was put in hold for 45 minutes!! Please help!!!
