My car was damaged by a tree and i phoned FFW. Their politeness and sensitivity was impressive. I was very distressed and Jasmine calmed me down and told me not to worry. She informed me that i had enough time because of my excess i was worried. She told me exactly what to do. The staff at Telesure Group Service were very friendly and informed me with all the details i needed to know. I would really say i received excellent service through the entire service that was provided and a big thank you to all.
