I will not pretend that there were no problems, but once again Virgin Money Insurance has proven to be a cut above the rest. indeed, one sees lots of ads about insurance companies pumping their chest about how they deliver, but consequently the proof of the pudding is in the eating. Not only are the premiums reasonable even after making a substantial claim, the service is better than the rest (which is not saying much considering the shoddy service one gets from insurance companies, but I can assure you their superiority is not by default, but due to working hard at it.
If you are shopping for insurance or are not happy with your insurer, you would be impressed with Virgin Money, I guarantee it.
