I applied for a credit card a week ago online, but haven't heard anything back. I've since emailed their new card application twice, only to receive a computer generated email saying someone will contact me shortly. When I called the call center, I was told that I should apply online again.
Does Virgin Money not want my business? Seems like I should just apply with FNB. I would probably have a hard in my hand now If I did.
