Wont call me back on my online application

Hi.

about 2 weeks ago, I applied on-line for a virgin money credit card. I made a type error on the application, when i fixed the error the application told me i can not go on with my application form. I emailed virgin money. only to get a response later saying I must email the my phone number and they will phone me back. I am still waiting for them to phone me back.
