Asking for bizzare documents from an injured clien

When I saw 'TAKES CARE OF THE UNXPECTED WHILE YOU TAKE CARE OF YOURSELF" I thought it was real. I was shot and hospitalized for 7 days, According to clint the docs that I sent on tue were enough to hand over the file but stated that if they want anything they will call but I didn't think that they will need me to be on my feet all day looking for docs all over. I sent through my hospital statement & claim forms, today I am told by Valerie that I need a docket, case no & J88 from the hospital, I am still recovering at home, I m not even able to drive to run around looking for dockets & J88, that's the reason I gave the details of my Dr & hospital contacts to investigate from the hospital, now why do I have to investigate myself and get all this docs. For heavens sake I was shot by the police where will I get a docket? I provided her with the case no and she refused to take it, I do not even know where IPID offices are, should I then go around searching for them to get DOCKET? I am being told to look for all this docs, how will I take care of myself? I mean how will my medical history help, I was not SICK I was SHOT. what does PMD do in all of this?
