I ws hospitalized almost a month after my ulcer had burst. I had submitted claim forms on the 05/11/2013 and was advised that it would take 2-3 weeks to sort my claim. No updtes, and every time i do call in, i get the same answer, i still have to investigate. I am not going to and because the hospital does not release files, they gave records of my stay and severity of my condition. All they need to confirm is the days i was there and if i did in fact have an ulcer that burst. They have all that they need so i donot understand the delay and my hospital bills are piling up. I am a single parent and i do not have the cash to cover this, that is why i took a cover as this. I am very perturbed by the delay as i am now being refused medication at the hospital. do they realise our lives hang in their hands as my medication sustains my ulcer???
