Deducting money without authorisation

This is my second complaint dated 24.09.13, regarding the unauthorised debiting of funds out of my personal bank account. Although the bank did respond to my online complaint by EMAIL it was NOT resolved. Mr Mpho Khumalo provided me with certain information (which was emailed to me, i was never called) but not everything of what I had requested from them was sent to me. I tried to call Mpho many times with no answer, I left him many voicemails and a message to return my call to a lady called Portia twice. I emailed him as well to please contact me, I received NO response. CUSTOMER SERVICE non existant.i still require my money to be returned to me. you have your stated your reasons and not even bothered to send me the proper information I requested.i do not agree with what was stated in the email. i request proof of authority, power of attorney or any letters signed by myself mandating the bank to debit my account. I find it frustrating that I have to struggle to resolve a problem with my bank. these people are supposed to help you but they don't.
