After Standard Bank gets put on Hello Peter - they are quick to state that my problem is being resolved and that they have emailed me to obtain specific information - this email never arrived! Then when i try to contact the specific person at Standard Bank to ask them what information they require - Nonhlanhla - the person in charge of the Hello Peter complaints is not allowed to take phone calls - how do you call this Complaint Resolution?? Shocking Service!!
So now, I sit with my original problem which was lodged almost a week ago, with NOTHING resolved and no contact from anyone at Standard Bank!!! I can't believe such an institution can run like this - disappointed is an understatement!!
