Money taken out of account with NO AUTHORITY

My vehicle was reposesseded and after autioned I still made a monthly payment for outstanding amount. the bank contacted me and told me to stop paying into the attorneys account as the file was being transferred to another attorney.i asked them for the new attorneys name and banking details, they told me they did not have any information at the moment and they would get back to me which they never did. I was not contacted for more than 3 years.on 29 July 2013, a very large amount of money was taken out of my bank account.when I queried this I was informed it was the outstanding amount for the vehicle. I contacted the bank and spoke to and emailed Viloshni Franks who promised to assist me and get my money back as she said it was a technical error from the bank.she did not help me in getting my money back, got very rude and aggressive and even challenged me to take it to the media.certain information that I required she was unable to answer, I sent it in an email as she requested and received no feedback. I am very disappointed in the bank as I feel that this is . they stopped me in making the further payments but they still take my money without my permission or knowledge.
