Received a standard marketing phone call from an Afrikaans girl on 2013/10/31 at 16:02 promoting The Unlimited Auto Care - Auto Surgeon (did not catch her name, unfortunately). She said that a friend (H H) had suggested that Auto Surgeon call me for the promotion and described the product, finally asking for my address to send a welcome package. I said that I did not want to subscribe to the service and she became confrontational and rude. She said something along the lines of: "I do not appreciate you listening to the entire story if you do not intend on purchasing the product. I know you come from a small town and that you therefore may not be able to purchase the product because you are probably a poor student who does nothing all day." I asked her to repeat the name of the company whereupon she said: "Why don't you call your friend and ask him? " Finally, I told her that this was unacceptable from a salesperson and that I would like to speak to the manager. She said: "That won't be possible" and put down the phone while I was still speaking. How rude! This is a shocking attitude and reflects badly on the company. Hopefully calls are recorded for quality purposes.
