I decided I might be interested in taking out a policy on my car with auto surgeon. 3 days later I decided to cancel the policy. On the day that I cancelled the policy a debit order went off pertaining to registration fees. When I called and spoke to their consultants they stated that no refunds are given upon cancellation.
What is that!!! They take my cash before I even get any cover. They just ripped me off!!!
