A few weeks ago I commented on Hello Peter about about how The Unlimited Auto Care could just not fix anything. A few hours later I received a call from the company. The person on the other side heard my side of the story and apologised. He told me there must have been a misunderstanding in what it was really that the company did. He then explained what it is that they did. He did not stop there though. As an excellent company that they are, he told me that since he accepted that there could have been misunderstanding between me and the agent of the company, they were prepared to refund me my monies. About a week later, I received my money. We then spoke about the prospects of me continuing using the policy now that I was informed of what the company did, needless to say, I asked for my policy to be reinstated. I really believe this is a good company that is happy to take responsibility for its actions. All I can say is that: To the Unlimited, not even the sky is the limit to great customer treatment. Kudos!!!
