DISGUSTING ATTITUDE

I received a phone call from Devin who works in a call centre for ''The Unlimited". He spoke to me and explained the whole procedure. At the end of our conversation he said, '' Great thanks, what is your address so I can post you your membership card" I told him I will think about it and get back to him later in the day. He asked why am I not taking it now do I need more convincing. I told him to call back in a hour or so as I will chat to my mom and see if this is any good. He called back later and I told him I wasn't interested in taking his offer, I have thought about it and chatted around and sometimes companies don't want to fix dents and scratches on your car because it is to big or there is a story but thanks so much for your time. He then proceeded to argue me asking " How dare you not take this offer, don't make assumptions and false facts about this company" I asked him to speak nicely and that I hope our call is recorded as I will take this further. My mom took the phone and said "Hi Devin, I am her mom, she really doesn't want to take this offer" His reply was "Oh hello mommy" After 6 phone calls later of him shouting at me he stopped phoning.
