NO STATEMENT FOR THE PAST 3 MONTHS

I complained about this previously: I am not receiving any credit card statements from Standard Bank.

Will you and your printing/emailing/sms company in Honeydew please get your act together and email me my credit card statement otherwise I will take this matter up with the Banking Ombudsman.

I do not want a phone call from Standard Bank explaining the situation to me - I want an email in writing. I repeat no phone calls - only emails.
