With all this rain and storm this past few weeks, our room and sealing got the worst of it. I submit my claim in with 1st For Woman and heard nothing. I phoned back to find out what's happening and Nicolene answered (what a blessing). She was busy on the system with a few things and in few minutes she told me she will get emergency repairs done. The call got cut off and she phoned me back to say everything has been approved and we can go ahead. If she did not help me with my claim I don't know what I would have don. Thank you Nicolene and 1st For Woman. Keep up the awesome work you do.
