I want to cancel my policy - the reason why is unimportant. Just to be able to do this seems to almost impossible. On their website this option is available but only generates an error response.
Their call centre is very unhelpful - their "retention officer" is the only person that is able to process such a request. These people seems to be very busy and can only call you back within 3 days!!
This is unacceptable.
