Hi,
I have been battling for over 2 weeks to cancel our policy with Miway.
First attempt I was informed that our retention department is inundated with calls, can you leave a message, no problem I understand, however no one has called me back, so I called back and after holding on for over 10 minutes on 2 attempts both times called was dropped.
I am sorry but this is unacceptable, I need to cancel as our new policy is effective 1 October, I need this policy cancelled as at the end of September.
Can someone actually call me this time to finalize cancellation, I do not have the time to sit on the phone for hours and have calls consistently dropped.
