Cancellation of Policy

I phoned Miway's offices on Wednesday at about 13:15 as to cancel my policy. I was advised by a consultant that all agents who deal with the cancellations are currently busy and that they will call me back.By 16:30 no one had returned my call and I proceeded to send an email with my reference number enquiring when my call will be returned.By the following day I had still not heard back from Miway and decided to draft a cancellation letter. I sent same per fax and per email. It is now two days later and still no one has returned my call or acknowledged my fax and/or email... It seems as if Miway is trying to avoid me cancelling my policy, but I have done my bit and cannot try to contact their offices everyday because their is a lack of communication from their side.
