What a fantastic service I received from Auto & General claims assessor Jacques van Vuuren. He certainly went the extra mile to keep my 16 year old Opel Kadette on the road after I had crashed it.
Repairing the car with new parts would have cost me more than the value of the car. However Jacques located an auto company who were prepared to source second hand and generic parts keeping repair costs to a minimum. This satisfied Auto & General who were prepared to repair the car rather than write it off.
Throughout the whole exercise the company kept me informed of the situation every step of the way. I think Auto & General are a great company.
