Going An Extra Mille

Hi All

I'd like to Thank a guy called Phumlani @ Mega City Umlazi for the hard work he put in when I was downgrading from cheque account to savings. He really went his way out updating me, calling and making sure I was satidfied. I 1st went to the Overpot Branch and that pretty indian gal with a silver tooth in her teeth said she can't do it, I can only do it @ the branch I opened my account, she did not even ask her seniors she just said that, she was more worried abt what she was doing when I got there. Anway Phumlani rescured me, am now using a smart account, it was a long wait but it was worth it coz he was just too good. Hence I said he went an extra milla and I really want to say Thank You, that branch is so busy but you didn't forget about me. Overport is very quiet but Ms To Perfet t even bother to sort out my problem. Thanks P. Keep up the good work.
