I applied for a loan in Bayoport I gave them my payslip and bank statements that reflected my salary and my late husbands pension money and they told they wont credit me using my pension but only my salary I have been paying my account without any default until I lost my job I in March 2013, Baybort started taking I everthing dat get into my account they debited plus minus R4300 everymoth from my children's pension money even though I reported to that I'm not working and my loan had insurance but they said it does not cover if dismissed, last month I was visited by Ravi from Baybort and he made me to sign the affidavit that ssys I will start paying after getting another job but today the 2013/10/31 they diducted R4200 from my late husbands pension.
