Lesley was very polite and efficient when contacting myself with regards to my claim of my husbands car.
However, I can cannot understand when signing up originally the Telesales Person does not do a FULL check on ones history on the onset but instead it was investigated at Claim time, (No fault of Lesley)
Lesley went the extra mile by meeting in Westville to collect the Keys and Deregistration form as we were unable to get to La Lucia (due to no car!)
Lesley was a pleasure to deal with, he explained in detail how the payout worked and followed up to ensure payment was received - True asset to your business
